Yea, I wasted 34 emails with EA "helpdesk", they really don't have a clue what's in phantom and so just cut & paste useless replies.
DICE, we trusted you again on this release, despite all the warnings, we put our faith in you- you let us down. Your ability to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory continues unabated.Not a single dime more (it's your game) until you sort this debacle out.

I have to agree and confess myself Disappointed! The BF PRO arrived with errors in the point system for the weekly missions, I completed all these missions on the first day....then 4 days later when DICE and the Dev Team realize how depending on AI to make the missions with points awarded were wrong (my opinion) they Issued a hotfix, sadly this does not assist anyone who already completed the weekly mission including the bonus. The points awarded 85 but these do not work retroactive as I no longer see the BF Pro battlepass and all awards for completion??? I am not the only gamer who has this major problem, I am sure many will agree that the way this is being handled is not correct.
