Server ping
Hello EA Team, Could you please let us know when the Middle East servers will be fixed? Many players in the region are experiencing extremely high ping, unstable connections, and poor overall gameplay. The game has become very difficult to enjoy because of the constant latency issues, and the community has been waiting for an update. Please provide us with any information regarding when the Middle East servers will be restored or improved. We would really appreciate an official update. My game fails to patch after every new update and no amount of troubleshooting fixes it and then it works by itself two days kater. this has happened at least the past 12 or so updates and its extremely frustrating. I get a disk write error but all my harddrives are healthy and if it were actually a hardware issue its weird that it always just starts to work by itself a couple of days later every time. I have tried redownloading the game multiple times on different harddrives as well as all the basic fixes like running steam in administrator mode and clearing the cache or changing download region. nothing I do ever makes a difference and every update bums me out while i sit on the sidelines watching other people have fun. help me pleaseeeeeRegarding the wrongful ban imposed on my account
On May 6, my account was banned after I played Battlefield 6 at a public internet café. I suspect EA Anti-Cheat falsely flagged the background management software installed on the café’s shared PC as cheat programs. I am a loyal long-time fan of the Battlefield franchise. I fell in love with this series starting from Battlefield V, and I have accumulated thousands of play hours in Battlefield V and Battlefield 2042. I truly cherish this game and would never use cheats of any kind. I have submitted multiple appeals since the ban, yet all appeals were rejected. The first appeal received an email reply confirming the ban would remain. Sadly, I have not gotten any further email responses for all subsequent submissions. My support ticket has stayed in the status “Waiting for Studio” for nearly three months without any updates. I can only assume my case has been overlooked. This is my very first and only account restriction in my entire gaming career. This unfair ban troubles me constantly; it even appears in my dreams. Every morning, I check my support ticket immediately, hoping for any progress day after day. I sincerely request a full manual review of my gameplay match records. I firmly believe that if my case and battle data are reviewed manually, the team will confirm I have never violated any game rules. I earnestly ask the EA Anti-Cheat team to re-examine my account records and lift this wrongful ban.
Enhancement Request: Implement Persistent Store Content of purchases! PLEASE!
I am here as a long time dedicated BF player, invested thousands of dollars over 15 years in purchases, content, coins, passes, seasons, etc. I fully believe EA and DICE absolutely nailed BF6 and love everything about it...EXCEPT! When I purchase store content, it is effectively gone in game. The package no longer is available or presented in the store for reference back to all the items I purchased. The 'new' item indicators have been unreliable at best. I have no way to look back at coin purchased content and to see all the items I own to update my loadouts. I am literally taking screenshots of the content to reference back to... this is a MAJOR miss/gap that I feel would be a fundamental core aspect for us players... especially now with Season 4 and all the feedback from players not seeing the content they purchased. There is no healthy way to audit the content I spent money on. @battlefield6 please please please implement persistent memory of purchased content within the store to reference back to. I do not understand why it becomes hidden or no longer viewable.
PS5 Pro not installing version 1.3.2.0 9th June 26
I went play bf6 this morning and the entire game was gone from my ps5 pro, I re-downloaded it and then came the updates which do not install, they are simply sitting there saying installable. I don't want installable I want bloody installed, starting to feel ripped off. Stuck on old version despite all the new features supposedly added, WTF
Battlefield 6 Direct X issue during New Season 4
The Game Launched pretty fine yesterday no problems and now today during new Season .. Pops up Direct X error (below image). My Spec: Lenovo Legion 15 Geforce Rtx 5050 Mostly I've done was update game driver. Tried going to Nvidia Control panel > help > Debugg mode. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and even restarting. My only thoughts is there side has problems occuring or something must have changed my settings in game and I have to manually find it. Any help is appreciated
Season 4 update on steam stuck in a loop
So for some reason the game wanted to download 77GB. It ended up saying 133GB so I guess it wants to redownload the entire game. I was like ok whatever I have fast internet so it will be done in 15 mins. Only to reach 80% and then download update stops 0 disc usage. I hit pause, then continue and goes back to 45%. Did not do anything did not change any settings nothing just wanted to update it. Some people say their file size was only 25GB. Not sure what is happening for me.
