So my shortcut kit is now showing. No skin or dog tag or player title yet

I tried your work around. That did get me the battlefield token at least. But I have nothing else
Missing:
- The Ultimate Shortcut Kit
- The exclusive soldier skin
- The dog tag and player title
The ultimate shortcut kit is really the only thing I care about right now. At least I don't think I have it. There are no updated weapons or vehicles and I can't find reference to it anywhere inside the game. The EA App says that I do own it though

Hey! Sorry to hear that. I might have something worth trying, depending on which platform you're playing on.
I actually experienced a somewhat similar issue with Battlefield 6, although mine involved the original Phantom Edition rather than the GOTY Upgrade.
I purchased the Phantom Edition during the preorder period, but for months the EA App continued showing me the option to purchase it, almost as if I didn't own it.
After contacting EA Support, they suggested refreshing my local EA license files, and surprisingly, that fixed the problem!
If you're playing on PC through the EA App, you could try the following:
- Completely close Battlefield 6 and the EA App.
- Press Windows + R.
- Paste this path: %ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services
- Find the folder named License.
- Move that folder to your desktop as a backup. Don't delete it.
- Restart your PC.
- Open the EA App again and launch Battlefield 6.
This forces the EA App to regenerate its local licensing information.
Important: This worked for my Phantom Edition ownership detection issue, but I can't guarantee it will fix missing GOTY rewards. If the problem is on EA's servers, the developers will still need to resolve it.
Also, could you clarify exactly which content you're missing?
- The Battlefield Pro Token?
- The Ultimate Shortcut Kit?
- The exclusive soldier skin?
- The dog tag and player title?
- Or absolutely everything included in the upgrade?
I'm asking because I'm also dealing with an issue involving the GOTY Upgrade and the Battlefield Pro Token, so I'm particularly interested in whether these problems might be related.
It's frustrating to pay for an upgrade and then be told to wait indefinitely for content you've already purchased.
Hopefully this helps, or at least gives us more information to narrow down the issue. Let me know your platform and which rewards are miss
