I have similar issues. A lot of times - when a game ends and queues for the next match......6 times out of 10 - I dont get pulled into the next match. Lots of times in the lobby, my teammate gets loaded into a game while I sit watching the matchmaking screen timer. It's been this way for months. We constantly have to back out and go back in just to get the game to sync us together. It happens almost daily. My NAT is fine, my connection is superb.
It happens way more than it should especially this far out from launch.🤷🏻♂️
