Pc crashing

So basically I can play about 5 min if redsec without crashing and about a game and a half on all out till it crashes. All my drivers are up to date My system was bought in 2024- 7800x3d, 32gb @ 6000mhz of ram, MSI 1000w psu, Asus Rog B650E-F Mb, MSI Gaming X trio 2060s bought in 2020. (Will be upgrading gpu in about a month or two.) All low settings, no overlays, or overclocking.
