(PC/W10) BF6 minimizes to desktop at the same time every night after last update

Since the latest update was released, I have noticed this recurring issue where I am minimized out of the game (in fullscreen mode) at exactly 9:06 pm every night.

First, I figured this was caused by something which might be listed in the Event Viewer but there's nothing that corresponds with this time at all.  But then after two virus scans with different programs, to determine if it was a virus or not, it's absolutely not a virus (also no one is gonna make a virus that minimizes you out of one specific game every night, and not do anything else ffs)

The steps I took to attempt resolving were: 1) updating the anti-cheat manually 2) checking for unknown programs - obviously there were none 3) virus scan from two programs so twice 4) updating graphics drivers 5) verifying game integrity on Steam - nothing had to be redownloaded 6) making sure the overlay was disabled on Steam 7) making sure no other software was running that others reported on reddit as causing problems such as Logitech Hub

Since I made no other changes to my system than updating the game, it must be something caused by the latest version, and it's mildly annoying. If it affects the console versions somehow, I am sure it's more than annoying.

I have all Windows updates disabled on my current computer so it isn't related to a Windows update either.
