Permanent Ban BF6

Hi all, i am desperately seeking advice on this.  I woke up Saturday morning to find out i was banned for using "Gameplay Enhancements". I immediately lodged an appeal and asked if this was a mistak...

Any update? I am on the same boat. Only thing I can think of is using bits to lvl guns
