Persistent Time Nudge Issues

For the last few weeks I've been having consistent time nudge issues approximately 5 minutes after starting a match. This happens every time I boot up the game to play. The time nudge will oscillate wildly with a range between -50 to 400. I have tried repairing the files, reinstalling the game, changing my graphics settings to put less stress on my CPU (the graphics had remained the same since launch and had no issues until recently), stopped data sharing with EA to free up bandwidth, and I contacted my ISP. I cannot play the game right now. It happens every day, no matter the time of day, and is persistent until I turn off my game, wait approximately 2 hours and boot up again, at which point I might have 5 minutes of playtime without the problem and it comes back.
