Phantom pack pro token missing

I have the same problem

Same here, cant see it. although i can access some phantom pack items and some tombstone items. It doesn't seem to have applied the 25 tier skips.  Ive also uninstalled and reinstalled everything 

I have also done this and from what you’re saying we have the same problem. 

had to turn it off anyway due to being kicked from games for ‘being inactive’ dispute clearly playing. 

EA seem to have missed the jump on this launch which is a shame because from what I have played the game is awesome 

I have EA Play Pro, and it says I have the standard game.

No Phantom pack for me either even though I paid for it.

I still have the same problem here, I bought the phantom pack improvement but I can't find how to activate the pro token

i brought the phantom pack ,ive downloaded everything but the base game is greyed out ,cannot install the bloody game so i cant play anything ,EA APP Version 

i think the pro tokken is for the Battlepass in the future

It probably won't show until the 28th when Battlepass starts 

Just checked this myself. Now the update is released, if you click on “pro” it says. “Redeem using pro token”
