Player Statistics
Can't say I care that much at this stage but why have my stats, kills, deaths etc not updated for over a week despite getting a healthy amount of kills in non bot lobbies?

It's something that happened after the latest update, although I don't believe that Dice have confirmed if it's an error that will be fixed, if it's intended, or if it was to remove stats from bots and didn't work correctly. Personally, I think it was intended and just didn't work as expected, since Dice have tried to remove stats from bots before and had a similar problem.
I've moved your post to the Battlefield 6 Technical Issues, so it's with reports from other players, but all I can suggest at this time is to keep an eye out for news.
