Re: Can’t Host Anything in Portal - 'Global Game Quota Exceeded’ Error

I am having an issue re entering a created portal server. I had created a portal server (TQXX) and I backed out to pick up my friend and it is not longer allowing me to join. This was within 5 minutes of leaving the server. Not sure why is giving the global game quota exceeded when it is already an active persistent server. 

This is not a connection issue as I have tried going through all the recommend steps (I.e resetting game router and console) but it did not work.
