Severe Rubber-Banding

I took a break from BF6 and when I came back in April I came back to an unplayable game. The rubber-banding is so severe that even simple movement is impossible. oddly the crazy rubber-banding seems to come and go in bursts, but overall it persists for well over half the game. I tried updating all my drivers and anything else I could find that can be updated... no use. My wifi seems fine so I don't know what the issue is, especially when all was fine in the past. In case it matters... I use a Asus Tuff 9070XT OC paired with a 9800X3D
