Portal Map Create not working

im on pc

downloaded the sdk

created a conquest "Empire" map with no humans or ai and all the other default settings all the way through.

i published it

i goto community servers > my experiences and i can see it there so i click it.

nothing happens so click it 100x and nothing happens.

i dont see it published in browser either and i did try and host it and it dont work.

broken i believe

i going to do some more testing with portal create and see what happens
