Portal Not Working

The EA team needs to do something about Portal.  Most of the time, I just want to experience a chill game against AI.  I'm not very good, I have no aspirations of being good, but I still want to enjoy the game.  Playing against bots is the way for me, and countless others.  I've been able to create my own server a few times, and it's been great, but the fact that I cannot consistently get into my own server every day, every single time, is disappointing for me and shameful for you.  Dice/EA promoted Portal just as much as regular multiplayer, which is the primary reason I purchased this game.  If I cannot play the game for the primary reason I purchased it, then your organization has failed me as a customer.

In addition, promises were made in regard to full xp and progression in Portal servers.  Taking that away from the player base has not only negated to solve the server capacity problem, but it's also punished thousands of players just like me.  Why are you punishing players like me instead of just fixing the capacity issue?  Add more capacity.  This is what I paid for.  Please deliver.  At this point, I'd even be willing to pay extra just to ensure I get a guaranteed server every single time.

There a host of other small issues with the game, but this is by far the largest and most frustrating.
