Problem

I am writing to report an issue with my recent purchase. I bought the Battlefield 6 Pro Edition on PlayStation using my Ukrainian PSN account, but the content does not work properly.

The problem:

- The game still prompts me to purchase the Pro Edition, even though I have already bought it.

- None of the Pro Edition content (bonuses, items, etc.) is displayed or available in the game.

Could you please look into this issue and help me activate the content I have already paid for? If needed, I can provide proof of purchase, my account details, and any other information required.
