You are not alone regarding this issue.
It happens a lot while playing large battles on my PS5.
I have not found any workaround in settings that helps.
So developers needs to look into this issue.
On PC it's not an issue at all.
But it could be because I play with frame generation on PC and that massively offloads the CPU.
