2 months agoI still recommend you contact your ISP since this began when you switched connections. Otherwise, we'll keep monitoring for any issues.

Hi, okay thanks for responding again. Just an update. I tried to play Battlefield 6 on the PS5 using my mobile hotspot and instead of the PSN connection error message I now get a message saying no connection to EA servers after again about 10 minutes of play.

That's not a surprise when on a mobile hotspot. The connection will be pretty weak. Unfortunately, I don't have anything else to suggest. Please contact your ISP to see if they can help.
