Purchased but no longer own

I purchased game over a month ago got finally started to enjoy the game level 90 now I think and tried to play the day after update and it say I no longer own the game and tries to make me repurchase to play 

Not the first time usually just restart the game and that fixes the issue but now nothing can’t play 

how do I get a refund because this is literally theft unless in there million word user agreement that is written in a way you would need to hire an attorney to explain it to you and no one’s going to do that to play a game it says that they can for no reason at all at there leisure take the game back and lose your money

or should I just say eff it and go back to PUBG
