Ranked 24hours in Brazil

Good evening, everyone. I would like to request that ranked servers be made available 24 hours a day. Those of us living in Brazil are at a disadvantage compared to players in other regions due to high ping. I ask that this be addressed soon, as many Brazilians are stopping, or have stopped, playing the game simply because ranked mode is unavailable.
