What is your Gamertag/PSN ID? - none

Date/time issue occurred? - since I played the game the first time after it got released.

What type of issue do you have? Server connection issues, Lag/Latency, etc - Rubberbanding , Lag / Latency 

Summarize your bug: Be as specific as you can -  rubberbading on 64 player maps , lag and latency - always have the yellow connectivity issues on the top right of the screen for the network connection , the issue occurs less on smaller maps in multiplayer but it DOES happen ( portal works without any issues no matter how high the number of players on the map , even on 64 ) 

In which mode and or map has this happened - all maps in breakthrough , conquest and escalation ( basically all maps that have high number of people in it ) - small modes also have this issue sometimes, but less often - on 64 maps , the game is unplayable most of the times.
It also looks like I am connected to Santiago Chile server when on multiplayer - but as I said, 0 issues via Portal maps.

My ping tests show 5 idle latency , 14 download , 16 upload.
