What type of issue do you have? Server connection issues, Lag/Latency, etc: i'm getting Constant ongoing lag/ latency issues

Summarize your bug: i have been experiencing this since launch to varying degree, any time there would be a dip in FPS due to chaos, larger maps, vehicles, etc. I get a constant packet loss and sync warning in the top left. It started just on Conquest and escalation (only in official servers, portal on the 30Hz servers was fine) but now since season 1 it happens on any mode or map to some degree. Most game modes are entirely unplayable for me now

In which mode and or map has this happened? All of them

I did try changing the DNS protocol and it has made no difference, I have also gone through diagnostics to confirm my internet connection is not causing it.

This is getting really frustrating
