Hello, I already contacted my internet service provider — they confirmed that there are no blocks or restrictions on their side, and everything is working normally for other services. The issue only affects Battlefield 6 servers, and the game connects immediately when using a VPN or mobile hotspot. It seems like a routing issue between my ISP’s network and EA servers. Could you please forward this to your network team to check the connection path for my region (Ukraine, Cherkasy obl,)? Thank you for your help.

Since you can connect with a VPN or mobile hotspot, the issue is with your ISP. We'll keep an eye out for other reports of this though.

I understand, but my ISP confirmed there are no restrictions and routing to all other services (including Google) is fine. The issue only affects EA servers. I’ll contact my provider again, but please escalate this to your network team — it seems specific to the EA routing path from Ukraine.

Are you serious? Instead of actually helping to resolve the issue, you just send another generic response without even looking into the problem. I’ve already mentioned several times that I contacted my ISP — they confirmed everything is fine on their side. Why should I spend $70 on a game and then waste hours searching forums just to figure out why I can’t even connect? EA Support doesn’t even properly create a case or follow up. This is really disappointing and shows a complete lack of care for players.
