DirectX function "GetDeviceRemovedReason" failed with

DXGLERROR_DEVICE_HUNG (The GPU will not respond to more commands"), GPU: "NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER", Driver: 58157. This error is usually caused by the graphics driver crashing; try installing the latest drivers.

Everything is up to date. Any idea what to do?

Take comfort in the fact that there are thousands of others with the same problem.
Also don't bother with all the fixes you'll find online. They don't work.
