Since launch on xbox my brother and I have had to constantly quit out of games because one of us was not put in the game together. This has been extremely frustrating and makes me want to just stop.playing all together. It happens on every mode we have tried amwith cross play on and off. PLEASE HELP!!!!
This is still a problem and It's worse now than it's ever been. I'm on ps5, 1 friend on ps5, one on Xbox. 50/50 chance we load a game together when partied. Usually one man left behind, sometimes both.
It is bad enough for me to have made an account to come write this...
Stop adding more content and fix what we have please! Let's use our resources wisely and PTFO!
Same here. 2 of us in xbox and one pc. Making me feel like uninstalling. Shocking this is still an issue. Sort it out
Community ManagerHey, everyone. Check to make sure you and your party all have the same crossplay setting. It's either on or off, but everyone in the party needs to have the same setting chosen. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
I don't think you can be in a party together at all if crossplay isn't on.
However, our one Xbox friend is often the one who gets left out, so you maybe on to EA's problem.
This is most prevalent after a match we've already played together, once the long and often glitchey match making process has been initiated, someone usually gets dumped back to the lobby and the rest are left sitting on the airplane choosing their kit before we find out one of our men got left behind...
We have checked this week's ago. Both on and off. Same stuff so no thats not the issue
I have had this issue since launch. (All party on xbox all have crossplay off) Fails to join a game at all leave someone behind. Also effects start of a new game when we were in a party in the previous match. Can also crash the connection if you press "A" to continue to the next match. I have one friend who if I am the party leader it never pulls him into the match. It works if i join his part though. After one of the limited time modes was kicking everyone for inactivity between rounds thought it could be linked so we all moved our sticks while we wait........would be great if it could be fixed. (Also console only crossplay.....)
We all have the same crossplay setting (off) and are all on Xbox.
