Re: Middle East server issues

Dear EA Support Team,

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the current status of Battlefield 6 servers in the Middle East region.

For more than two months, the Middle East servers have been unavailable or experiencing severe disruption. This has significantly affected the gameplay experience for players in the region, including issues with high latency, unstable connections, and inability to enjoy fair matchmaking.

We kindly request that EA restore and properly maintain dedicated Middle East servers as soon as possible. Ideally, we would also like to see new or improved server infrastructure located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to ensure stable, low-latency performance for players across the region.

The Middle East has a large and active Battlefield community, and having properly supported local servers would greatly improve player satisfaction and engagement.

We appreciate your attention to this issue and hope for a prompt resolution.
