Yea unfortunately that's true. There've been dozens of people trying fixes and not a single person has found a 100% reliable fix (Or else a lot of us would be playing right now). 

The whole santiago chile thing, and the time nudge thing is definitely on them to fix. But so far zero acknowledgement to the problem. And there is a whole lot of us having this issue, more and more keep coming out daily.

    I think the Santiago thing is some sort of code name for something in the game. I believe all those people are in reality having issues with this time nudge and server side crap..
