Receiving bonuses for EA's issue on the first day of game launch

Hello!I just noticed that everyone who encountered a problem on the first day of the game launch, namely that the EA app had issues with multiplayer and career modes being unavailable, received bonuses as a reward for their patience. However, I was also among those who encountered this problem, but I did not receive any bonuses in the form of boosts.&nbsp;I wanted to know, did I needed to report this error somehow? Or was the distribution of people who encountered this error automatic and everyone should have received it automatically?&nbsp;Maybe someone can help me out. Thank you.&nbsp;

Same problem here, looks like a lot of people haven't received compensation yet.At this point I just find it hilarious that I expected EA to at least manage the compensation process correctly.

Me as well I did not receive any boost at all either, and I was affected by the same thing
