REDSEC wont unistall

I have to remove redsec, after realising my cdrive was too full. 

I cannot uninstall it via the unistall feature in battlefield6 . It just sits there doing nothing, as though its thinking about it. 

I have tried, stopping all EA functions in task manager, re booting, repairing the game, clearing the cache , nothing works. 

I put in a ticket, i spoke to support ( do they actually know anything? or are they just random people from a garage or something who log in for a chat? ) . They kept me waiting 1 hour, asking all kinds of questions, to conclude - they sent me through to someone who could help, they left for ages, then sent me a help file on how to safe boot my pc . 

I asked for the name of the redsec file and the file location , so i could delete it manually. (Because my cdrive is so full, PC win11 is not working as it should) Either they didnt know or perhaps someone had come in for gas . They wouldnt tell me the name of the redsec file or its location. 

Does anyone know what the file is called? Has anyone removed it manually? I noticed others complaining about the uninstall feature not working, but there's never any solution. Any help most welcome and if you do know, get a job at EA because their help desk is none existant.
