One challenge with the infantry-versus-vehicle balance is that infantry fights can be decided very quickly, while vehicles are more limited in number, creating very different expectations between infantry and vehicle players. Player experience can also vary a lot depending on what happens in a match. For example, whether teammates are actively running anti-vehicle, and whether aircraft are dealing with pressure from TOWs, Stingers, Javelins, AA, and constant lock-ons.
At the same time, it’s also true that highly skilled vehicle players can be very effective and can end up dominating matches.
