Rubberbanding and lag ruining the experience

So i had the problem in the beta and now in the full game too,i dont have this issue in any other game

Im on a 1000/1000 mbps internet

I have a decent 70-120 fps on a rtx 4060 gaming oc gpu

lowering graphics does nothing either or turning on off dlss and framgen

9400f intel cpu

But almost constantly have network warning icons in the game no matter the map

I have tried turning off firewall to no avail,and resetting internet settings.

Nothing seems to help!!!

Can someone please help?
