Screen goes black but HUD, compass and all other icons remain on-screen.
I’m on the PS5 and I’ve been playing Battlefield 6 since launch without any issues, but ever since the Season 1 update, certain maps have started giving me a strange problem. After playing for a while, the entire screen goes black, though my HUD and other icons stay visible. I can still move and shoot, but I can’t see where I’m walking or aiming.
Has anyone else run into this? I’ve tried every suggestion I could find online, including switching to performance mode, clearing my cache, and restoring licenses, but nothing has fixed it.
When I select “Restore License” under the Battlefield 6 game icon, I get an error message that says:
“Can’t restore license. MW3 - Vault Edition UPGRADE.”
That’s confusing, since the error appears under the BF6 icon and not MW3. Any ideas or fixes?
