Servere Packet Loss and Lag in Battlefield 6 Despite High-End PC

I've been dealing with constant packet loss and latency issues in Battlefield 6, especially during the large scale battles. The game becomes almost unplayable, everything feels like it's in slow motion.

I paid 80 dollars for this game and now I have to put all my settings on low, go into the BIOS, and change things I've never had to touch for any other game. It feels really unnecessary. My PC specs are well above the minium requirements, and I've never experienced anything even close to this problem in any other game on this computer.

I really hope this gets fixed soon because Battlefield 6 is supposed to shine on these large maps, but right now it's just frustrating to play.

  • I’m the same I’m stuck to playing rush it’s the only mode that works where I don’t play a slideshow

  • I’m running a RTX 4070ti and a intel 13900k and 32gb of ram so I can’t be my setup causing it I’ve tried everything I’ve found on redit

  • so just swooping into these threads i saw last night to tell you i fixed this on my machine- check your memory speed. if your memory speed is showing up as 2133 MT/s you need to go to BIOS and overclock (called XMT on intel boards, and DOCP on AMD boards) and get your memory speed up to 3200+ MT/s, this solved the "performance **bleep** on large maps" issue i was having. new builds often dont overclock the memory by default, mine had been in safe mode since i got it and i never fixed it.

I'm also having this issue but only when I pick a game using quickmatch. When I look for a game in portal it runs perfect. I think the quickmatch feature isn't putting me in good connectivity matches. I'll pick conquest using quickmatch, super bad lag and packet loss. When i pick conquest through browser, one with green ping then it runs perfect....
