so I see that this post did not have any further info from EA,,,as usual I am not surprised , I have been asking for EA to give assistance since BF6 update. Nope, They continue to shove this down the customers throat and we are supposed to think it is something we are doing, This is not by anymeans a plug and play product which I am FINE with however when the things dont work at least try and address them...quicker than every 3 months. We the customer are the ones out of the money we paid for this. Hands down the customer service at EA is sub par, in fact if someone can prove to me that there is customer service I will apologize. Myself and almost everyone that has been negatively affected have not been given any help. But thats okay, it will be our fault. Try making a case through EA and actually finding a form that actually fit the exact problrm you have.. rare occassion I imagine, Because when they say "was this helpful" and of course you reply no.....back to the front of the line to ask the question in a new way just to get the same redirecting. EA is garbage.
