Severe Performance Degradation on Official Servers (East Coast)

Since the beta and launch i've been able to play on my Zephyrus G16 with no problems which is well above minimum specs. 4070 and 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13620H (2.40 GHz). On official servers my game starts fine but then screeches to a slow motion halt while displaying latency icon and frame icon. Im Ethernet into a 2tb connection so this shouldn't be an issue. If I play on Portal Servers, I have zero issues, but official conquest or any other large mode I begin moving in slow motion, this wasn't an issue prior to this patch and the game ran excellent. At this point I cannot play the game at all on official servers. Geographic location is East Coast, Florida Area.
