Community ManagerHi there. Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like you're on a wireless connection. Would you be able to switch to a wire or is your router too far away? Also, have you tried the connection troubleshooting steps here?
Unfortunately I am unable to reach the router with an ethernet cable. Initially I thought it was a game problem but it does seem this is more of a packet-loss issue, unfortunately I am not sure what to do about that.

Chances are excellent, the distance to the router is the issue. That will cause packet loss. As a test, can you move close enough to use a wire? That way, you can see if there's a different. If there is and your connection is fine, being on wireless is what is causing this.
