Skins don't appear

I bought Battle Pass Pro, and half of the skins appeared, but the other half are locked, even though the box is checked indicating I received them. Please fix this on my account. As you can see, the skin for the gun is locked, although when I log into Battle Pass, there's a check mark indicating that I supposedly received it. Relogging in doesn't help. sream niсk Dolor_TM
