Slow game movement sound

How is it that when you move you can hear yourself extremely loud but when someone gets near you wearing the same equipment you can't hear them hardly at all. Not only that but when you go into go and move around corners and to pull from one weapon to another it acts like it's a big hassle to get it out and pulled up even if you have your stuff adjusted to where it is as fast as it could possibly be and it still makes you look like you're moving at a snail's pace the movement speed of these people is too slow for movement speed there is no way it would be that slow .. so far on this game it has been very slow pace The kills are random in the head shot points and you can be close range and the gun will go crazy sometimes and going all different directions when you're trying to hit someone you can do 106 damage and they can kill you back at 73 points why?
