There was a balance change to the rangefinder, so that might be what you're noticing.
Updated the Range Finder custom zeroing to not apply its effect instantly; it now requires a short delay before taking effect.

Ok so how does that work when it’s key binded to my fire button, does it mean it should be bound to the hold breath button instead to give it Moore time?. Time is kinda a luxury when hitting other snipers popping up and down 🤣

I'm really sorry, but I don't use the range finder (I generally play with snipers at mid-range, so just never really need it), so I'm not 100% sure what you'd need to change. However, going on what the text about the change says, though, it could just be a case of binding it to ADS instead. In theory, you could then aim and wait a few seconds for it to kick in before firing. Binding it to the Hold Breath button could work for this too. This might not help much with enemy snipers popping up from behind cover, but may make it work alright with other targets.
I guess the best thing to do is to just play around with it and see what works for you.
