I can understand why that’s frustrating. Being stuck in limbo is never a good feeling, especially when you’ve already opened multiple cases and still don’t have a clear yes or no.

Missing Battlefield 6 rewards such as Twitch Drops and Beta rewards are still handled through the missing content/rewards flow, and support is still the contact point if the items haven’t appeared after 24 hours and a full restart. This article might help with the issue. 

What I can say here is that the forum won’t be able to verify reward entitlements directly on your account. If the rewards are still missing after all this time, the best next step is still to go back through EA support and keep the case focused specifically on the missing Open Beta and Twitch rewards, rather than the broader history.
