So... Will I ever get my rewards?

There's a tonne of posts about this, but I'm genuinely curious why this is still effecting people.

I have made a bunch of cases about this via support, eventually I got my Road to BF6 battlepass rewards, however I'm still missing the open beta & twitch rewards.

And now I can't even see the Twitch rewards in my twitch inv.

Support has always been a dead end in which they say 'It's been forwarded onto the team'.

I feel like I need to speak to someone who can just bring up my profiles and tell me yes/no on my account rewards. I'd rather just be told no than be left up in the air.

I can understand why that’s frustrating. Being stuck in limbo is never a good feeling, especially when you’ve already opened multiple cases and still don’t have a clear yes or no.

Missing Battlefield 6 rewards such as Twitch Drops and Beta rewards are still handled through the missing content/rewards flow, and support is still the contact point if the items haven’t appeared after 24 hours and a full restart. This article might help with the issue.

What I can say here is that the forum won’t be able to verify reward entitlements directly on your account. If the rewards are still missing after all this time, the best next step is still to go back through EA support and keep the case focused specifically on the missing Open Beta and Twitch rewards, rather than the broader history. Including any linked Twitch account details, drop claim timing, and proof of eligibility may help keep the case as clear as possible.

Sorry again you’re having to chase this for so long.

I also never received my content from the Road to BF6 Battle Pass.
I admit that I only bought the game the day before yesterday, after the March 31, 2026 deadline to claim the items—a deadline I only learned about yesterday.
A deadline that essentially pressures people into buying the game earlier, and likely at a higher price, by exploiting FOMO.
I've been a loyal fan of the series and have purchased every Battlefield title since Battlefield 3, in some cases on multiple platforms and with all the DLCs.
Just because I decided to wait until Battlefield 6 was in a worthy state and available at a reasonable price, I'm automatically excluded?
The irony is that Battlefield 6 will most likely never live up to the quality of its predecessors, yet loyal fans who waited for the game to improve before buying it are the ones being punished.
If this is the level of customer service you're providing, I'll request a refund through Steam.
My position is simple: either I'm shown the absolute minimum level of respect as a customer by receiving the items I should have access to, or I'll return the game.
