Support Specialist 2 Challenge Not Completing

Been trying to do the entire Support Specialist challenge series, and the final stage is currently incompleteable. 
Part of the challenge requires you to "Deal damage with the Incendiary Airburst Launcher as Support", however, the Incendiary Airburst Launcher damage you do doesn't track properly. I can camp it for full games without gaining any progress.

I also believe the weapon itself is bugged (or just very undertuned) whenever you fire it, as you almost have to hit point blank shots for you to even do a little amount of damage, and even then the cloud afterwards rarely damages people in the area.

Support Specialist Challenge Stuck!

It reached 96 many many hours ago and hasn't tracked since. I've tried various game modes, EA App repair. PC reboot.
I can only assume this is a bug.

You've mentioned some known issues around certain challenges, but it appears all are broke. Honestly feels like a Battlefield 2042 launch at this point.

The challenge to "deal damage with incendiary airburst launcher as support" on support specialist 3 does not track properly. I have killed people entirely with just the incendiary airburst launcher and earned no progress to the challenge.

Hello EA/DICE team,

I would like to report a serious issue with the Recon Specialist I challenge in Battlefield 6. Since the latest update (version 6.4), the challenge is completely not tracking any progress.

I’ve already tried everything possible:
– Playing as Recon in both All-Out Warfare and Portal modes
– Using all Recon gadgets (SOFLAM, Motion Sensor, etc.)
– Spotting enemies inside objective zones
– Restarting the game and relogging

Despite this, the counter stays at 0. I’m still receiving XP and spotting points in-game, but the challenge itself never progresses. Many other players are experiencing the exact same issue right now.

Please, fix this bug as soon as possible or confirm if a hotfix is planned. It’s one of the key class progression steps and currently impossible to complete.

It doesn't count for the fire damage is what I've found. You need to get direct hits with the Incendiary Airburst Launcher in order for them to count. You do about 15 damage per direct hit.

Assault shotgun is the same. I understand it wasn’t tested but it ridiculous stuff like this gets through

Support Specialist Challenge #3: 'Deal damage with the Incendiary Airburst Launcher as Support' only counts direct impacts with the Incendiary Airburst launcher. Direct impact only count as 12 damage per hit (unless you headshot with 14 damage). You would have to hit 167 people with a direct impact to complete the challenge. This cannot be intended. Please fix this to count the incendiary damage done by the incendiary launcher. Please test your game next time.

The attachment has 11 direct impacts with 1 headshot direct impacts (12 body damage x 11 hits) + 14 headshot damage = 146 damage

Wp incendiary challenge not tracking and my reviews keep resetting at 70 to zero. Any ideas?
