Tank bug, can't move after exiting tank in campaign

Nile Gaurd quest in the campaign, got to the part where you have to exit the tank and save Captain Yasta. Upon exiting I can't move, I can't turn my camera only able to look up and down, and cant crouch. Tried to down myself with RPG and get picked up by npc and see if that would work, didn't work, just get stuck there on the floor on revive. Tried reloading game and checkpoint it didn't work. Didn't try redoing mission, I dont like tanks in general. I want to finish the campaign but because of this bug I am now stuck. I am on playstation. Anyone else have this problem?
