There is no option for me to queue for normal BR or Gauntlet

i only have 5 tabs on the left side of the screen on the main menu, my friend has 9 tabs

i can only play BR if i join a group and they queue up, otherwise i can't play BR/gauntlet at all

it has been like this for 4-5 days, please any fix?
