This is uncalled for. This is negligent. This is **bleep**.

Error Code 1:86001S:89001S:7C-13561655840

Do not give me some repeated copy and paste answer.

I am using a **bleep**ing PS5. I own the game digitally. I have individually and collectively reinstalled every single package and the full game even. I have reset my modem. I have changed nat types. I have not used a single sort of cheat, or exploit on this game.

All other posts of this code say "its an xbox issue for disc players"... which is WRONG. Most definitely your xbox solutions won't work for my PS5 digital copy of the game. I am tired of being scammed 70 bucks for a short term cash grab. Unless ya'll want a major FTC lawsuit to initiate I would recommend doing your jobs. Not pawning off these issues to client side solutions but rather **bleep**ing fixing them. Otherwise a point in which enough pissed off people exist will come. I love this franchise and even EA but this is absolutely unacceptable. Fix your game.

If any support workers have a real solution, Id love to know.

  • Incase the gravity of this issue doesnt strike someone. 7 million copies sold the first three days. If we isolated that number and did the math (bc of current sales this is underestimation) If only 1 % of the player base had this issue that would be 70,000 people. 70x70k = is 4.9 Million dollars of stolen money. which is absolutely grounds for a class action lawsuit.

Have you tried changing your DNS on the console to something like 1.1.1.1?

Failing that, I'd consider calling your ISP and asking them if there are any blocks/issues with traffic for this game through them.

I has the same error randomly on Wednesday, took hours of troubleshooting before it eventually fixed itself out of the blue.

The one thing that fixed it before then though, was using Cloudflare's WARP VPN, which confirmed it was my local conneciton causing the issue. Unfortunately VPN isn't really a possibility on console, but there is definitely something not working as it should.

I followed all the steps like relinking my EA accounts etc, without success. I can only assume my ISP had issues with allowing EA to communicate and verify my account on boot.
