So i used tier skips with the broken BF Pro pass to complete it, it was then hotfixed so it was completeable through normal gameplay.
Today I recieved a message saying the BF Coins had been refunded due to the tier skip issue.
Except the coins weren't refunded.

Contact EA help live chat as the forum admins here have very limited power and won't be able to help. Their chat support is your only option and I hope they can get it resolved for you.

I have talked to support and they said that they're gonna resolve the issue. With the start of season 2 I received in game mail saying that the points I've spent on the bf pro path are gonna get refunded. My points are still at 300 and I haven't recieved anything. When will the people who spent their money on the game thinking you needed to pay to unlock the path get their money back??
I am missing 200 battlepass tokens, I should have 1100 enough to buy the new battlepass but I only have 900 so I am 200 short. I contacted support but they said EA disabled their supports ability to grant tokens to players accounts so hoping this thread gets some attention from the game team so I can just get the battlepass and enjoy this game. Thanks.
