Timed out for inactivity

I keep getting an error code where my session has timed out for inactivity while I am actively engaging enemy targets. Literally mid-battle, this is causing me to loose xp and other in game gains as well as disrupting the experience itself. I have verified that it's not my internet connection, and have no idea what else it could be. Please help, I would love to continue playing. However this is taking away interest in the experience.
