I play in SEA region. During low pop hours, most of matchs are filled with bots. I find this boring, its supposed to be multiplayer game.
It's either because of too many game modes deviding already small player base or broken matchmaking system. This issue is often mentioned in my community and people quit because of it

They can't magically create players in your region if there aren't any, sometimes you just have to accept the facts and that nothing can be done about it.
Except they did create players, they are called bots. Seriously just remove unpopular game modes ,ease up skill based match making. I dont mind waiting matchmaking for longer. Even BF2042 with much lower pop doesnt have this problem
Bot lobbies did not happen in BF2042 during the peak hours even with much lower CCU.
I play in Oceania, and there is a similar problem. I'm sure that there are enough real players to fill games, but the matchmaking system insists on constantly kicking all players and spinning up another server/s.
Persistent servers in smaller markets would keep players together (roll everyone over to the next map). Vince did promise this. Hope they respect his memory.
