Trouble loading into games. As if it «forgets» to let me enter

Does anyone else have issues joining games? I have troubles with joining games, joining games through party, connecting to party and to hear others/let others hear me. Does anyone have any tips? 
It is as if the game «forgets» to let me enter. I start a game, it searches for a bit, my soldier rises, and then freezes. It’s hand gliches, and the «seaching» message dissapears. Then I have to search for a new game. And the same thing happens. 
I play on Xbox. Connected to internet. Open NAT
