Unable to Connect to EA servers

For additional context, the purchase of the game went through his EA email yet still the game will not load for his account.

I’m having similar issue. I can play no problem but when my son tries he gets the same unable to connect to ea servers check internet etc. I’ve unrestricted age gated content is there any way to fix this? Super frustrating with the generic error 

Same issue, however, my child (you know, being a child and all) does not have an email address as it is. I purchased BF6 on PS5 and have no issues. However, when trying to play (with restrictions set to none on PS Family App) he is still receiving that message. Let's go guys... tell us what the problem and solution is!... you already got paid for the game... time to let us play!

Same problem... EA has restricted child's accounts to play online, no way to change that. PS has no way to make the child's account an adult account until they naturally turn 13. What a waste of money...  Zero warning that this would be an issue when paying $100 and downloading the game. Seriously EA???!??

Is there or is there not a god **bleep** fix for this? I want to play the game with my son. It's the only reason I purchased it. If I can't play it, give me a refund.

You ever figure a way around?

no a solution... not even a work-around... but, I did create a brand new PS profile and a brand new EA profile and let my son play on that. The unfortunate aspect to this is that he will forever lose his progress and have to start over if there ever is a fix put in place
