Just fixed the issue....
TPM2 was set to auto on my Gigabyte motherbaord. Setting this to 2 fixed the issue.

Also, I have uninstalled both Javelin and BF6 and reinstalled.
I am playing BF6 through steam and noticed a few other posts with similar issues from a few weeks ago.
