Unrightfully banned for “gameplay enhancement”

I’ve been playing battlefield 6 religiously since the beta and release and have had a blast playing it.  I have put in countless hours (level 40+) and It’s finally brought back that missing piece of gaming that’s been gone for me, but the other night in the middle of my game I was disconnected.  When I tried to reload into the game it hit me with the “you have been permanently banned from this platform”.  Confused, I went and checked the EA ban page and found out the reason I was banned was because of “gameplay enchantment”.  At first I was furious as I was in the middle of a gaming session with my boys, but quickly came to the conclusion that it shouldn’t be a big deal as I can just get it appealed.  I thought it wouldn’t be a problem because I have never once cheated or used any “gameplay enhancement” or whatever that means in my 18 years of gaming.  I don’t use game filters, I don’t have an overlay, there’s literally nothing that I use or do that could possibly warrant this ban.  The only thing that I do run/use is a vanilla Xbox controller to fly jets, and a clipping service called medal.  Anyways, I submitted a appeal to EA and a few days later the appeal got “transferred” but the weird thing is that the date and time on the website of when it was supposedly transferred was hours into the future, the following day.   A few more days have passed and every time I log on to check my ban, the time continuously moves forward into the future.  It’s been a while now and I’m getting extremely frustrated as all I want to do is play the game with my friends, but I’m unable to for absolutely no reason.  It’s ridiculous that I paid 70 dollars for a game, put hours and hours into it while doing absolutely nothing wrong, and now the game is just stripped away from me.  What’s even worse is there’s NO way to get in contact with anyone at EA and it honestly seems like they are doing everything in their power to avoid my appeal.  If anyone has any insight into this please provide it as I’m clearly not going to get anything from EA.  Am I just screwed? 70 dollars, countless hours, and my current favorite game down the drain because of EAs anti cheat messing up?  Do I wait? Is there a chance I get unbanned? This just isn’t right.  Anyways if anyone knows anything or has experienced this themselves please comment down below, and if by any small chance someone at EA sees this PLEASE look into it.

  • I got banned yesterday for the same reason, I have never used anything, no cheat, they can check my record but I guess EA is just incompetent and scams players.

  • I found out from a friend if you use a mouse software like logi g hub you can also have problems I believe i got perma banned for use it and im still waiting on my ban. they really need to give a real reason and what was found not just a vague reason for the banned so it can be easier to get the problem solved. I wish you best bro

Thank you, that could be it.  I do have a Logitech mouse so might explain it.  I wish you the best as well.

  • Theres another thread with a lot of us experiencing the same. Have played for 25 years with 0 bans = cause ive never cheated. Then suddenly perm banned out of nowhere.
